1) I heard that he doesn't have a job and that he just broke up with his long-term girlfriend. Because of his lack of stability, I don't think you should go out with him.
2) After recently hearing President Bush speak about hate crimes in schools, it became obvious that race is still an important consideration in American Politics today.
3) Argumentative essays are meant to show your views and opinions and sway your reader to the side you have taken. My essay needs revision to meet the standards of an argumentative essay because it took an obvious side, but only listed why capital punishment should be abolished. Efforts to sway the reader were not taken.
